Does Shoe Talk have a physical shop?

Yes the physical shop is located at Stevens Footwear 63 Station Road, Marton. See our opening hours for more information.
 

How do I measure my feet and select my size?

Read our shoe size guide to learn how to measure your feet, then you can select the sizing chart for the brand you are interested in. If you need help you can email me and I will help you select the correct size.
 

What happens if I receive the shoes and I don't like them or they don't fit?

If you receive the footwear and they need to be returned for either an exchange or refund you can send them back within 10 working days in original condition for either an exchange or refund. Please use a track and trace method. If you do not have access to a courier, NZ Post do prepaid bags that you can add a track and trace to.
 

 

Does Shoe Talk manufacture footwear?

We do not manufacture footwear instead it is sourced from other other wonderful companies out of the USA.
 

How long will it take to receive my shoes?

It will take 2-5 working days to receive your shoes.
 

What do you use my personal details for?

Your personal details are used to send you information from Shoe Talk and for me to be able to contact you if required. Please note I will never pass your details on to another company.
 

Credit Card Security

Shoe Talk uses ANZ Egate to process credit card payments which is a secure system managed by the ANZ and Eftpos NZ. Please not we do not store or retain your credit card details once payment has been made.
