Does Twinklefeet.co.nz have a physical shop?

Twinklefeet.co.nz does have a physical shop called Shoe Talk Ltd in Henderson, Auckland. For those not in Auckland I do offer 100% refund on shoes returned within 10 days and in original condition. I also have extensive experience with footwear styles, designs and fits and am always happy to help you select styles and sizes!

How do I measure my feet and select my size?

What happens if I receive shoes and they don’t fit or I don’t like them?

Just send the shoes back via registered courier mail within 10 days, in original condition and I will refund your money. If you wish to exchange the shoes there is no additional postal charge if you live in New Zealand. Please note that NZ Post do a track and trace postal service, which is very cost effective.

Does Twinklefeet.co.nz manufacture footwear?

We do not manufacture footwear instead we source it from other wonderful manufacturers around the globe.

How long will it take to get my shoes?

It will take 1-4 days to get footwear within New Zealand unless you pay by cheque. If you pay by cheque you will need to add 7 days to allow for cheque clearance. Shipping to Australia will take between 5 to 7 days

What do you use my personal details for?

Your personal details are used to send you information from Twinklefeet.co.nz and I will never pass your details on to another company
